It is composed of Brothers : Ernesto Sánchez, General Councillor and President ; Jorge flores, Postulator General ; Lluís Serra (L’Hermitage) ; Santiago Fernández (Compostela) ; Ernesto Tendero (Ibérica) ; Juan Miguel Anaya (Mediterránea), and Antonio Alegre (CME). A team of two brothers from each Province is in process of visiting the families of the future blessed, as well as the authorities of their birthplaces and the places of their martyrdom, to invite them to take part in the event. In addition, and in view of the opening of the school year 2013-2014, another team of brothers and laity are preparing catechetical material in order to present the witness of the Marist martyrs to our pupils, communities, fraternities and former students.

For the logical development of events, catechesis and celebrations, the Organizing Commission  proposes the following plan :

a) The team of brothers visiting the families and authorities will carry out their task in the summer.

b) The second week of September and the first of October will be devoted to the catechesis planned for the students.

c) On 11, 12 and 13 October : participation in the beatification celebrations planned for Les Avellanes, Barcelona and Tarragona.

d) After the beatifications, preferably before Christmas, each Province will organise a thanksgiving  celebration in one or several places where it is considered appropriate. This celebration will also be held in the dioceses where Marist causes of beatification are in course.

e) It would also be suitable to hold local thanksgiving celebrations in the places and communities where our martyrs gave their lives.

f)Those who wish to take part in the beatifications should register as a single group with the Spanish MaristConference through the Provinces. Further information on this will be given later.
