Brothers Joseph Daka, Davy Mbasela and Patrick Bwalya

08/11/2017: Zambia

Two Brothers made their final vows in Zambia on Sept. 15, the feast of Our Lady of Sorrows, while a third celebrated his silver jubilee as a Marist Brother.

Brothers Joseph Daka and Davy Mbasela made their perpetual profession during a Mass celebrated by Bishop Clement Mulenga, a Salesian of Saint John Bosco, of the diocese of Kabwe.

Also during the Eucharist, Brother Patrick Bwalya celebrated his twenty-fifth anniversary as a Marist Brother with the presence of his relatives who gave him a papal blessing certificate.

Other participants included the vice provincial of Southern Africa, Brother Ebel Muteveri, and a provincial councillor of Zambia, Brother Patrick Kasaba Bushilya.
