Perpetual Profession of Br. Julián Solís Pasos

27/03/2019: Mexico

Brother Julián Solís Pasos made his perpetual vows on Saturday, March 16 (day of Santa María) in Mérida, Yucatán.

Brother Miguel Ángel Santos Villarreal, Provincial of Western Mexico, received the vows of Julian, while the Eucharistic celebration was presided by Fr. Raúl Humberto Lugo Rodríguez.

Brother Julian was accompanied at the ceremony by his parents, relatives, brothers and friends. He committed himself to the vows of chastity, poverty and obedience perpetually, according to the constitutions of the Institute of the Little Brothers of Mary, in the Chapel of the Montejo School.

The solemn moments of the perpetual consecration were the call, the rite of consecration, the interrogation, the vows and the signatures.

After the Eucharist, the ceremony continued with a lunch together in  the field of the Montejo School.
