Physical presence is no longer a prerequisite for the Brothers' Community at Rosalie, whilst Martin is physically in Thailand, Lionel is experiencing a 'taste and see' at Campbelltown and Allen spending periods of time in the 'clouds'. They are all part of a vibrant group bringing life to each other and richness to the church and wider community in Brisbane.

Some recent highlights:
Monthly Marist Mass at Sacred Heart Church Rosalie (5.30 pm 2nd Sunday); the Young Marists Music Ministry Team under the direction of Christian Nobleza lead the congregation. Following the mass, the Young Marists return to the Brothers' verandah for a shared meal with Brothers from Rosalie and Enoggera.

Marist Schools Australia, Principals' Day; Michael Green, Neville Solomon, Allen Sherry, Christian Nobleza and Paul Kane worked with the Principals of Mt Maria, Ashgrove, Beenleigh, Peter Claver, Noosaville, Sunshine Beach, Cairns, Lismore and Casino.

Visitors from the District; the District Of Melanesia Council broke their journey to have a little R & R before taking on the rest of the world at Mittagong.
Dominic has painstakingly organised and arranged all the Holy Week Liturgies for the Parish of Dorrington where he leads the music ministry.

Bill McAvoy is preparing to transport the upcoming Exhibition of Religious Life on part of its journey to many towns in the State celebrating 50 years of Catholic Religious Australia, Queensland.

Allen juggles his many commitments with MAPS, Marist Solidarity, Australian Marist Solidarity Ltd and the Province Finance Commission. Additional staffing (Michael Coleman, Helen Quirk, James Hodge) is ensuring all the necessary protocols and compliance issues are met.

John continues his role as puppet master at the Lavalla Centre keeping the many clients housed, fed and satisfied! Recent arrivals have been Centacare Child Care Services, the Institute of Faith Formation's 'Foundations Course' originated by Frank McGrath and John Coles many years ago, and Archbishop Mark Coleridge with the WYD Pilgrims.
